The spirit of the jungle

These remarkable little Parrots were watching me as I was searching the ground for signs of possibly more exotic creatures. Just above shoulder height, in the relative darkness of the shadows, a few yards away, and completely still, a silent black sparkle caught my attention. As my eyes adjusted while swinging my camera up without changing pace, I captured this image.
